REC is currently inviting equity partners to participate in our first three projects currently in development. Serious and qualified investors please contact Charles Christensen at clchristensen@recycledenergy.us. Potential Joint Venture equity partners who may wish to work with REC include:

• Economically challenged communities
• MSW collection companies and transfer station operators / owners
• Landfill operators / owners
• Owners of abandoned or under utilized industrial properties
• Cities or counties which embrace private / public partnerships and promote favorable business climates

Potential equity partners may provide:

• Land
• Access to waste materials
• Tax incentives
• Grants or other financial incentives

The local equity partner will provide a portion of the equity capital or other tangible assets of value as their equity investment in the REC facility.

The equity partner will share in the profits generated by the REC facility.
